Cancellations
Training session and exam
In the event that it is necessary to cancel attendance after payment is made for a training session, requests made in writing at least (7) calendar days prior to the start of the training session will receive full credit toward a future session within one year of the canceled session date. There will be no credit for cancellations less than (7) calendar days prior to or if a trainee does not show up for a scheduled session. Rescheduling canceled training sessions will be the responsibility of the trainee.
Examination session only
In the event that it is necessary to cancel attendance after payment is made for an examination-only session, requests made in writing at least (7) calendar days prior to the start of the examination session will receive full credit towards a future session within one year of the cancelled session date. There will be no credit for cancellations less than (7) calendar days prior to or if a trainee does not show up for a scheduled session. Rescheduling canceled examinations will be the responsibility of the trainee.
Weather Related
In the event PB cancels a training session or examination session at our sole discretion due to the effects of weather conditions, a full credit toward future training or refund, if requested, will be granted. If a trainee cannot attend a session due to weather conditions, he/she will have (30) calendar days after the scheduled session to provide written documentation to PB requesting a full credit or refund.
Other Cancellations
If PB cancels a training session a full credit or refund will be given. Notification of the cancellation will be issued as soon as possible. Rescheduling training cancelled by PB will be the responsibility of the trainee. PB is not responsible for costs associated with travel expenses, lodging, etc.
Trainee Substitutions
Substitutions will be allowed up to the date of the class. The substituting trainee must bring to class a completed registration form. Across the top of the form please clearly indicate "Substitution for” and the name of original trainee.
